At VEENUE, we process the information provided by interested parties in order to provide space rental services for hosting events, as well as the marketing of other products and services for companies, entities, and professionals. Likewise, we may send electronic commercial communications to our clients.

No automated decisions will be made based on the data provided.

How long will we keep your data

The personal contact data provided by clients will be kept for the time strictly necessary to provide the requested service and for the legally established periods.

What is the legal basis for processing your data

The legal basis for processing your data will be, as applicable, the data subject’s consent, the performance of a contract, or legitimate interest.

The processing of data for sending commercial communications to our clients and business contacts who have registered on our website is based on the legitimate interest established in the European Data Protection Regulation and in the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. If you prefer not to receive these messages by email, we will provide you, through those messages, with the option to exercise your right to object to such processing.

To whom will your data be disclosed

The contact data of clients will be shared with VEENUE’s auxiliary companies with whom we jointly manage the marketing of products and services in the areas of training, compliance, occupational risk prevention, health and sanitization, and others. They will not be disclosed to other third parties except where legally required.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether VEENUE is processing personal data concerning them or not.

Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request their erasure when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. However, VEENUE cannot guarantee the absolute invulnerability of its systems and therefore assumes no liability for damages arising from alterations that third parties may cause to users’ computer systems, electronic documents, or files.

If you choose to leave our website through links to websites not belonging to our entity, VEENUE will not be responsible for the privacy policies of those websites or for the cookies they may store on the user’s computer.
